Mindfulness Coaching

We can help you with some simple and practical mindfulness exercises. We can walk you through the exercises step-by-step, and suggest some ways to help intergrate the practices with your daily life. It's not one size fits, so we can help you to develop the practice that suits your needs.

What you get from the coaching:

  • A one-to-one mindfulness coaching session.  This includes:
    • An introduction to mindfuless and it's opposite - mindlessness
    • An exaplanation and practice of some core mindfulness exercises
    • A chance to ask questions
  • A weekly accountability email to hep ensure you do the exercises. The mail will also include some useful tips.
